The Fair is over, and most had a great time there. We saw some interest from the public about our troop, and the pack.
Lots of folks commented on the Monkey bridge, and wanted to give it a try. We found that raising the the main line of the bridge in the daytime, while we were present to supervise its use, made us feel much safer, and took much less energy than completely dropping the bridge.
Overall, less cooking was done this year than last, but our Scouts were better prepared, and managed to clean up after meals better than last year.
All in all, a good presence for the Scouts, and fairly good interaction with the public.
(seriously, photos coming soon!)
